Its a "pipaie-ma " vest!

[EN]  I always felt better when wearing bold colors like the red of my sweater.
Beside the fact that I love this sweater (I actually bought a similar one in blue) the thing that makes me wear it over and over again is it's color and they it makes me feel, daring!

Another funny story about my outfit is related to this fur vest that I have it from a friend. I don't know why but it seems that people can't keep their hand from touching me when wearing the vest. I feel like they are petting me and my vest. Good thing that this fur is faux, otherwise it would be pretty creepy petting  a dead animal that I am wearing.

Anyway, I let you whit this winter wanna be outfit. It's very difficult to call it winter when outside there are 12-15 degrees Celsius. Last winter this time there were like -10 - - 15 degrees , this is what I call winter.

I was wearing Zara sweater, Bershka jeans, Pour la Victoire pumps and trifted faux fur vest!








[RO] Intotdeauna mi-a placut sa port culori indraznete ca cea a pulovarului de mai sus. I afara faptului ca imi place la nebunie acest pulover (mi-am luat unul similar dar albastru) ceea ce-mi place cel mai mult la el este culoarea si felul in care ma face sa ma simt.

Inca un lucru amuzant legat de acest outfit are legatura cu vesta aceasta de blana. Nu stiu de ce dar lumea are tendinta sa inceapa sa o mangaie si sa o atinga atunci cand o port. Noroc ca e vorba de blana artificiala pentru ca altfel ar fi foarte ciudat ca oamenii sa mangaie un animal mort pe care il port eu.

In orice caz va las cu acest outfit de iarna (desi cam greu poti sa-i spui iarna cand afara sunt 11-15 grade Celsius). Si cand ma gandesc ca anul trecut pe vremea asta erau -11 - -15 grade, aia iarna!

Give me one reason to stay here

[EN]  Very busy weekend. Lots to do an no time to spare... just to stop for a few minutes,to take a deep breath an admire one of the most beautiful sunsets  I've seen in Timisoara.

We've spent a lovely Saturday afternoon shooting something very different. You will find more about what I am talking hopefully  very soon.

[RO]  Am avut parte de un wekend foarte aglomerat. Foarte multe lucruri de facut si foarte putin timp la dispozitie.  Cu toate acestea am reusit sa ma opresc ieri pentru 3 minute si sa admir unul dintre cele mai frumoase apusuri pe care le-am vazut in Timisoara.

    Am petrecut o dupa-amiaza de sambata foarte placuta in compania prietenelor mele pozand ceva cu totul diferit fata de ce v-am obisnuit. Despre aceasta sesiune foto voi reveni cu detalii in curand.

    Este un proiect nou pe care l-am pregatit voi!

When everything is grey...

[EN]  When everything is grey, things are complicated, you don't know what you really want, don't know who to trust, listen to this... take a step back and close your eyes for a few seconds. Remember you can not trust people just because they tell you things you want to hear. They are just lying ... don't you ever fall for that. And the funny thing is that you are vulnerable to this kind of people only when you are weak and you are going through a grey period of your life.  So remember always to wear something pink beneath all that black.

I was wearing Mango sweater, Zara dress wear as a skirt and custom made ankle boots!







[RO]  Cand lucrurile nu sunt foarte clar definite in viata ta, cand nu mai stii ce e bine si ce e rau pentru tine, cand nu mai stii ce sa crezi fa un pas in spate, in loc sa te arunci inainte, si inchide ochii pentru cateva clipe.
 
    Niciodata sa nu ai incredere in persoanele noi din viata ta. Increderea se castiga cu foarte multa munca si de aceea avem incredere doar in cateva persoane din viata noastra, pentru ca restul au demonstrat ca nu sunt dispusi sa depuna efortul  si sa dea dovada de implicarea necesara pentru a-ti castiga increderea si de a fi alaturi de tine multi, multi ani, indiferent de situatiile prin care treci de-a lungul timpului.
 
    Ca o regula generala, cel mai bine ar fii sa nu te bazezi niciodata pe nimeni. Tine-ti capul pe umeri si cauta intotdeauna sa faci ce e bine pentru tine astfel incat sa nu-i deranjezi foarte mult pe cei din jurul tau... dar niciodata sa nu crezi ca oamenii se inghesuie sa te ajute, sa te sprijine si sa-ti ofere confort si consolare. Maoritatea au propriile lor interese... si daca esti suficient de norocos sa gasesti pe cineva al carui scop in viata este sa-ti faca tie viata frumoasa, ori esti intr-un film ori traiesti in lumea ta perfecta si ar fi mai bine sa nu mai iesi niciodata de acolo.

"Ghegheți"

[EN]  Happy New Year!

    Since this is my first blog post for this year I told to myself is time for something new, something you only do once, so this is how I came up with a culinary post. I am not a passionate cook, but from time to time I have to prepare a meal for my family (especially for my daughter, she eats everything, even paper and wood if I'll serve them). I don't know about you, but I do this from some sense of responsibility and zero passion. And since I am not an excellent cook I am not a gourmand either... maybe this is the reason for my lack of enthusiasm in the kitchen!

    So this being said let me present you my recipe for  shrimps and rice with pineapple and coconut milk:

Ingredients: 40 shrimps, 200 ml coconut milk, one cup of rice, one can of pineapple slices in juice, flour, one or two eggs, panko, olive oil, salt.

Ingrediente: 40 de creveti, 200 ml lapte de cocos, o cana de orez, o conserva de ananas feliat, faina, unul sau doua oua, panko, ulei de masline, sare.

Lets get is started :

I have here 40 shrimps. First of all I get them washed.
 
Am aici 40 de creveti prefierti spalati.
 

I am going to use the flour, eggs and panko for frying some of the shrimps. You can use breadcrumbs instead of panko, but if you like it crunchier, use panko.

O sa folosesc faina, ouale si panko pentru a preapra crevetii pane. Poti folosi in loc de panko si pesmet, dar daca iti place paneul mai crocant atunci iti recmand panko.
 

I have here 200 ml of coconut milk, you can find it in every supermarket.

Am varsat intr-un pahar 200 de ml de lapte de cocos pe care il gasiti in supermarket la raionul cu produse orientale.


Here are my washed shrimps. Now it's time for the messier job: shrimp should be decorticate.

Dupa ce am spalat crevetii este timpul pentru cea mai neplacuta operatiune a preparatului. Crevetii trebuie decorticati


You can do the first one for example...

Poti sa-l faci pe primul ca exemplu...


And let your lover to handle the other 39 :) !

Si sa-l rogi pe iubitul tai sa-i curate pe ceilalti 39 :) !


In the mean while you can take care of the rice. Wash it first. And now follow my lead: one cup (200 ml) of rice, one cup of coconut milk, the pineapple and the pineapple juice and two cups of water.

Intre timp poti sa te ocupi de orez. Mai intai il speli. Acum urmeaza-mi instructiunile: versi intr-o cratita o cana de orez, o cana de lapte de cocos, conserva de ananas cu suc cu tot si doua cani de apa.


In the end it should look like this (trust me, it would get better).

In final ar trebui sa arate asa amestecul.


Put in the oven for 45 minutes and 170 Celsius degrees.

Pune cratita in cuptor pentru 45 de minute la 170 de grade Celsius.

Sa ne intoarcem la creveti... Mai dam o mana de ajutor...



After 45 minutes take out the rice from the oven and put it away.

Dupa 45 de minute scoatem orezul din cuptor si il punem de-o parte.


Let's start the shrimps job. I think you are all familiar with hoe to prepare something for frying: flour, egg, panko, hot pan. So let's start, he have a lot of shrimps to fry!

Hai sa ne ocupam de creveti. Cred ca stiti cum se fac preparatele pane: faina, ou, panko, tigaie incinsa. Deci sa incepem, avem o gramada de creveti de prajit!




See below how your shrimps should look like before throwing them in to the frying pan.

Mai jos vedeti cum ar trebui sa arate crevetii inainte de-ai arunca in tigaie.



Now let the frying begin. I am not sure how much you should fry the shrimps in hot oil... maybe one minute or so... I usually fry them until the turn white.

a inceapa prajitul. Nu stiu exact pentru cat timp trebuie prajiti crevetii... poate un minut, un minut si ceva... Eu ii las de obicei pana se fac albi.

[RO]  La multi ani!

    Din moment ce aceasta este prima mea postare anul acesta mi-am propus sa incep anul cu ceva nou si deosebit pentru mine. Ceva ce nu o sa vedeti prea des pe aici. Asa ca astazi va present o reteta culinara. Eu nu sunt un bucatar pasionat sau talentat, dar din cand in cad mai pregatesc masa pentru familia mea, mai ales pentru cea mica care mananca una-n-truna tot ce prinde in mana.

    Nu stiu voi, dar eu gatesc dintr-un simt de responsabilitate si obligatie si nu gasesc nici cea mai mica placere sau satisfactie cand imi este apreciata mancarea (mi se pare prea multa munca pentru prea putina satisfactie).

    Dar astea fiind spuse, va prezint mai sus una dintre retetele mele preferate. Creveti cu orez cu lapte de cocos si ananas, sau cum ar spune fiica mea "ghegheti cu orez".
